Conference Energisers
As the name suggests our conference energisers are designed to refresh the brain and re-energise delegates in preparation for work again! Typical sessions last between 10 minutes and 1.5 hours and can be set-up indoors or outdoors at your conference venue.
Conference themes can be subtly woven into these energiser sessions creating a powerful vehicle for communicating your businesses key corporate messages or core values.
Case Study
| Client: | Civil Service Environmental Department |
| Group size: | 120 delegates |
| Venue: | Hilton Hotel |
| Event Format: | Conference Energiser - Minutes of Mayhem |
| Duration: | 1 hour |
Objectives:
- To re-energise and motivate the team
- Boost team morale during a time of departmental changes
- To promote the development of an effective, cross functional, team working culture
- Get to know staff from different offices and have fun together
How it Worked:
All 120 delegates were asked to down their pens and find a friend in order to compete for the days winning team prize. First off the event involved delegates splitting into pairs and getting into funny precarious body positions in the fastest time possible - Horse / Maiden / Knight. With a winning pair and plenty of energy in the room the delegates were then split into 15 teams and set the challenge of protecting a raw egg using very basic resources from a vertical 3 metre drop! After a short time teams frantically gathered to present their design concepts to our judges before being subjected to the 'vertical drop' test. The winning team was announced and prizes were awarded!
Testimonial:
"I would just like to thank James and his team for a great
Conference Energiser! The session was full of energy and refreshed and motivated
everyone ready for work again in the afternoon. The competitive edge really created
some excitement and enthusiasm, with everyone getting to know each other a bit better
while having fun. People are still talking about it weeks later, and we well be using
the photographs for quite some time! Many Thanks,"
